Natural Science of Cognition

The science of psychology curiously lacks basis in natural science and one may certainly wonder why this is so? The reason is simply that the intelligence world is based on advanced psychological applications of natural science and so a scholar as focused on sensitive aspects of the intersection of human psychology and natural science will quickly find herself “protectively recruited” whether voluntarily or coercively so and subsequently either ordered by her handler to change her orientation in research or alternatively given a new research position in a covert intelligence psychological laboratory.

The intelligence world has a long history with precursors already having been in existence thousands of years ago such as in the form espionage, disinformation and security; yet as society generally became increasingly technologically advanced did the intelligence world also advance in its application of technology as largely commencing during WW1.

The realm of collective cognitive phenomena (religion, ideology etc.) are clearly properly part of the realm of psychology yet this cannot be reduced to collective cognitive systems as individual religious experiences need be studied as well by an enhanced science of psychology as transforming into an exact natural science.

Yet, such research is since long well-established in the major psychological laboratories of major intelligence agencies and in particular in the Israeli intelligence community in Israel being the world-leader in intelligence technology generally.

This research commenced during WW1 in Austro-Hungarian civilian intelligence where animal behaviors behaviors were systematically studied so as to be able to develop operational adaptations for the intelligence world. This research was later continued on a large scale by Nazi intelligence after Anschluss in 1938.

In 1945 were many Nazi intelligence specialists captured in the chaos as surrounding the incremental German defeat in WW2. The Gestapo originally intended to evacuate everyone considered valuable to South America as prior to the German defeat in WW2 but the chaos surrounding the gradual German military collapse meant that many Nazi intelligence specialists were instead captured in competing special operations by the US, the UK and the Soviet Union as intended to hunt to down valuable Nazi intelligence specialists.

The capture of a significant number of Nazi intelligence specialists transformed the Soviet Union into an intelligence superpower and the Soviet Union subsequently used those specialists to deploy Nazi intelligence strategies so to engage in Nazi-style capture of other countries by means of mass intelligence warfare as prior to the establishment of subservient regimes in those countries. However, this also enabled the then Argentina-based Gestapo to continue its mass infiltration activities vis-à-vis the KGB to the point that the KGB was essentially indirectly controlled by the Argentina-based Gestapo at the time of the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991.

Religious phenomena of individual experience clearly need be studied openly by mainstream academia. Not only needs the epistemologically speaking tautological field of psychology become an exact natural science but we need furthermore take individual religious experiences seriously in studying human cognition on the basis of humans being animals. The field of psychology therefore will remain essentially tautological until psychology shifts paradigm from religiously-inspired (i.e. Para-Christian) anthropocentric exceptionalism to understanding humans as animals in every respect, indeed both cognitively and anatomically so.

Thus needs religious experiences generally become the subject of rigorous investigation by an enhanced field of psychology as developed into an exact natural science. This is not so say that research results will necessarily confirm expectations but rather that irrespectively of how these cognitive experiences are currently discursively framed is psychological natural science as intersecting with physics, genetics, zoology and biology the proper locus for studying these very widespread cognitive phenomena. All aspects of human behavior need to be systematically studied from the perspective of natural science and so the study of human behaviors needs be pursued from the understanding that humans are Animals indeed.
